Dear Patients, Families and Caregivers,

The safety of our staff and patients is as always, our top priority. In the continued effort to keep our community safe and following the recommendation of CMS, our local hospital system and school district, we will continue practicing the following COVID-19 safety protocols:

--Sterilizing all surfaces, counters, furniture, equipment, frames/sunglasses, counters, keyboards, door knobs every 2 hours during the day with 100% sterilized alcohol and UV sterilization.  

--All equipment, exam rooms, imaging and pretest equipment, frames and sunglasses, chairs, will be sterilized with 100% sterilized alcohol and UV sterilization before and after each patient encounter.

--If possible, please fill out your New Patient Forms from our website prior to your appointment.

--If you or anyone you have been in contact with has had a fever or flu/respiratory symptoms we ask that you please inform our staff so that they can direct you.  

--We will continue to provide curbside contact lens and glasses pickup when requested.  Please call to schedule and a staff member will assist you.
